OVERVIEW
The soon to be go-to platforms for E-commerce brands
The rise of e-commerce in Morocco has created a massive demand for authentic, localized User-Generated Content (UGC). However, brands currently face an inefficient, fragmented process: discovering reliable creators, vetting their quality, managing communication, and handling payments is a high-friction, high-risk challenge. For creators, the process is equally broken, often plagued by unclear expectations, scope creep, and payment insecurity.
Viraly is a UX/UI case study for a two-sided marketplace designed to solve this exact problem. It's a robust platform that connects Moroccan e-commerce brands directly with vetted local content creators. More than just a directory, Viraly is an end-to-end workflow tool. It manages the entire engagement—from discovering creators and customizing order packages to managing the creative brief—to build a seamless, secure, and professional bridge between brands and the talent they need to grow.
UI/UX Design Approach
The UI/UX design for Viraly was guided by one core principle: build trust through clarity. A clean, minimalist aesthetic with a high-contrast palette was chosen to establish a professional, credible, and modern platform. This moves the interaction away from the "influencer" stereotype and towards a professional service model, which is critical for building B2B confidence.
The user experience is highly structured, intentionally guiding both brands and creators through a step-by-step workflow. Key interactions, such as customizing an order package or reviewing a video delivery, are handled in focused modals and dedicated "Job Rooms." This design choice reduces cognitive load and eliminates ambiguity. By using clear visual hierarchy, a simple status-based color system (e.g., green for "Completed"), and providing all necessary details in context, the design ensures that at every step, both parties feel secure, informed, and confident in the transaction.
